| Built in 1990, with an overall
length of 89.35 m and reaching 17
knots, the M/V Galapagos Explorer
II is the most elegant of the vessels
cruising the Galapagos' waters.
Designed to provide both comfort
and scientific information to 100
passengers visiting the Galapagos
National Park, this vessel travels
up to the remotest islands of the
Archipelago.
The M/V GALAPAGOS EXPLORER II was
part of the International Cruise
Line "Renaissance" and
operate in the Galápagos
Islands since February 1998. It
is not only a vessel adapted to
the eco-tourism operations that
provides environmental education
and interpretation on the Galapagos,
it also has all the installations
and necessary services to guarantee
guided experiences on the islands

| All exterior suites, no cabins on
board, and the most important all
Suites have the same look, the difference
in the rate is the deck were the Suite
is located. "The Galapagos Explorer
Guide" an exclusive guide to
Explore the Galapagos Islands, deliver
to each passenger along with the cruise
documents. Naturalist Room & Scientific
exchanges with the Charles Darwin
Research Station Biologist. Six naturalist-bilingual
guides on board. Cooperation of the
Central Bank Museum of Ecuador in
our ship Galleries, with pieces of
our coast cultures pre-colombian.
Satellite Communication. Doctor on
board available 24 hours. Amenities
on board in every Suite like mini
bar, and sitting area, walking closets
in some cases, panoramic windows,
portholes only in the Magellan Deck.
Different type of menus, available
upon request (vegetarian, low sodium
and others).
Internal TV system that allows
the passenger to have 3 channels,
one with documentaries on the islands
or natural history, another with
entertainment movies, and the last
one with the Daily program of the
vessel. Southern Right Whale Adoption
has certified that Canodros S.A.
has adopted No. 71-75. Through the
Southern Right Whale adoption program
of the Whale Conservation Institute
June 1999. Passenger assistance
in four local Airports: Quito, Guayaquil,
San Cristóbal and Galapagos
Flight booking is warranty with
your cruise reservation. Bilingual
Staff on board and on all the Airports.
Two glass bottom boats. Passenger
will have the opportunity to have
an underwater experience, without
diving or snorkeling. For passengers
that are unable to do this activities,
on board this bottom boat, they
can observe the variety of species
in the Islands.
